OD Tool: 360 Degree Feedback Job Aid
360-degree OD project was one of my most enjoyable project. I developed power point and Survey Monkey questionnaire for 360-degree feedback. Fellow students took the survey on their phones. I interpreted results and gave feedback to the senior manager as the part of the activity.
